Okie, let's check out the very simple yet yummy ingredients 1st.
- The very delicious Campbell Prego spaghetti sauce, which is always be my 1st choice for spaghettis sauce =))
- Angle hair from San Remo and my fav vege, the green pepper, which shin chan hates the most
- Chicken fillet, which have been cut into cubes.
- Button mushroom
- Cheese. Yeah...I'm a cheesaholic

3) The same fate went to the button mushroom.
4) After finishing the cutting and chopping, gathered all the ingredients, arranged them nicely and take a nice picture as memorial before throwing all of them into the boiling water =D

5) Firstly, dumped the green pepper and the mushroom into the boiling water. After cooking for 2 mins, dredged them out from the boiling water and this time dumped the angle hair.
6) Cooked for another 3 mins, dredged the hair out and lastly put the chicken fillet.
Chicken fillet was the last because all the fat will come out from the meat as we boiled it, so the water will become 'contaminated'. I dont think the vege and hair will still fresh and taste nice if boiled in the 'fat water'.
7) Lastly the sauce, poured it into the pot, added a little bit of water, cooked it in small fire and stirred it regulary until boiled.

It looks delicious... But why is it called "carbonara"? I think that's the italian name but in Italy "Carbonara Spaghetti" is made with eggs, bacon and pepper. Nothing else.

Actually i'm not sure wat's the meaning of the carbonara. i jz put watever ingredients which on top on my fav food list =D
i'll put bacon and eggs next time ;)

I think u should cook the ingredients in the sauce, not boil it...

我觉得酱汁是成败关键吧。
下次可以试试看Prego这牌子的,cheese and herbs 和carbonara 都还蛮不错的说 =D
